Terms of Use

Terms for using the OpenVoice public website.

These terms govern access to the public marketing site, content, and demo request flow. They do not replace separate commercial terms or implementation agreements that may apply to customers.

Permitted use

You may use the public site to learn about OpenVoice and submit legitimate inquiries about the product, partnerships, or implementation. You may not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.

Public form submissions

Submit only information you have the right to provide. Do not use public forms to send protected health information, patient records, or other sensitive data that is not necessary for a product or business inquiry.

Content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the site content, branding, product descriptions, and design elements are owned by OpenVoice or its licensors. These terms do not grant a license to copy, redistribute, or republish site materials beyond ordinary informational use.

No guarantee of availability or fit

The public site is provided on an as-available basis for informational purposes. Product descriptions, roadmap direction, supported integrations, and workflow details may change over time.

Changes

We may update the public site and these terms as the product and operating model evolve. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
